The amendment to the Public Procurement Act was also meant to revise the basic qualification requirements as part of its establishment of a single collection point. This plan will not materialise, however, since the single collection point project will not go ahead. Act No. 267/2014 Coll. cancelled the regulation on a single collection point. The changes were originally meant to affect the basic qualification requirements under the “fiscal duties” part of Act 458/2011 Coll.
Since Act 267/2014 Coll. has repealed the Public Procurement Act amendment, which was set to come into force on January 1, 2015, there will be no changes to the basic qualification requirements.
