{"id":2289,"date":"2019-07-16T10:33:13","date_gmt":"2019-07-16T08:33:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ak2024.ntalk.dev\/dissolution-of-a-business-corporation-due-to-antagonism-between-shareholders\/"},"modified":"2021-10-13T16:00:44","modified_gmt":"2021-10-13T14:00:44","slug":"dissolution-of-a-business-corporation-due-to-antagonism-between-shareholders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ak2024.ntalk.dev\/en\/dissolution-of-a-business-corporation-due-to-antagonism-between-shareholders\/","title":{"rendered":"Dissolution of a Business Corporation Due to Antagonism Between Shareholders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to the Czech Supreme Court, Decision File No. 27 Cdo 3081\/2017, dated 28 March 2019, if a general meeting of shareholders of a limited liability company is unable to adopt any resolutions as a result of disturbed relations among shareholders, this normally constitutes grounds for dissolution of the company and its liquidation under Section 93(c) of the Business Corporations Act.<\/p>\n<p>Section 93(c) of the Business Corporations Act is not only concerned with business activity (or other activity directly leading to the fulfillment of the purpose of the business corporation) aimed toward third parties (i.e., externally).
