Daniel Hajek, a founding partner at Achour & Hajek, has been asked to write a section of the expert guide Financing Company Group Restructurings: Pre- and Post-Commencement Group Insolvency Financing in National and International Practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The guide will feature work from leading insolvency and corporate finance practitioners, academics and judges from key international trade jurisdictions. They will collaborate to produce a work with wide-reaching practical and theoretical applications.  Contributors are being sourced from leading insolvency authorities who advise UNCITRAL and the World Bank on cross-border insolvency law reform initiatives, as well as practitioners who regularly structure insolvency financing in cross-border cases. The publication will be edited by IBA Senior Vice Chair Gregor Baer and Vice Chair Karen O’Flynn.<\/p>\n

Financing Company Group Restructurings will be published by Oxford University Press (OUP), a division of Oxford University. The press pursues excellence in research, scholarship and education through worldwide publications. OUP publications are available in many countries and more than 40 languages, as well as a variety of formats– both print and digital.  New titles are selected based on their quality and contribution to furthering education and disseminating knowledge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
